Cost Cutters Rewards
How do I earn Cost Cutters Rewards?
You can earn rewards by enrolling in the Cost Cutters Rewards program exclusively available in the Cost Cutters app. Once enrolled, any services or retail purchases associated with your loyalty information (first name, last name and phone number) will earn points. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on services and retail purchases. Discounts, taxes on participating purchases and tips for services will not be counted toward Cost Cutters Rewards point totals.
Be sure to tell your stylist you’re a Cost Cutters Rewards member at checkout and verify your name and phone number associated with your purchase is the same one you used during loyalty enrollment. Use the Cost Cutters mobile app to earn points for your guest bookings (ex. family members).
How do I redeem Cost Cutters Rewards?
You may redeem rewards once you have earned 100 points in the form of coupons only available in the Cost Cutters app. You can choose between $5 Off Any Service or $10 Off Select Products including designline, Blossom Pure Haircare and P.O.P. brushes and appliances and Design Define. Product selection varies by salon.
How do I check my Cost Cutters Rewards balance?
You can check your Cost Cutters Rewards balance exclusively in the Cost Cutters mobile app. Open the app and navigate to Account then tap on My Rewards. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for points to update.
If you have questions on your points balance, please email CCRewards@regiscorp.com with your first and last name, phone number used to enroll in loyalty and the details of your salon visit (location, type of purchase and purchase amount). Please attach a picture of your receipt if available.
Can I use the same coupon more than once?
No. Reward coupons are meant for one-time redemption. You earn more Cost Cutters Rewards coupons with every 100 points.
Can I redeem both a service and a product coupon during the same salon visit?
Yes. If you have enough points (ex. 200 or more), you can redeem one service coupon and one product coupon in the same visit.
Can Cost Cutters Rewards coupons be combined with other promotions?
No. Rewards coupons may not be combined with other service or product promotions at the salon.
Do my Cost Cutters Rewards points expire?
Yes, points will expire after 12 months of transaction inactivity in your account.
Can I combine points with family members?
Yes, when you use the Cost Cutters mobile app. Guest bookings via the mobile app earn points on the Member’s account.
Do I earn points for a gift card purchase?
No, you will not earn points for a purchasing a plastic gift card or an e-gift card. But, good news! You will earn points on any transaction where you pay with a gift card and there is a first name, last name and phone number match to your loyalty account.
